Analyze a song
I analyzed "The song that never ends" by Lambchop. It's speaker is someone who is happy. The occasion is just to be able to sing for however long they would like. The audience is anyone who dares to listen or wants to join along. The purpose it to be happy and make everyone around them want to join in. The subject is just the song. The tone is excited and happy.
There are also some poetry techniques that are used in it. In the "last" two lines there is a caesura and it also lets you choose if you want to make another caesura by beginning it again by ending it with a sentence that is dependent on the first line. SInce it is such a small song they were able to put end rhymes and slant rhymes all over the place to make it seem more catchy.

Poem
The garden tried to grow and
grow it did. It had many flowers
It was like it was waiting for a spring shower
Though it was big it was also small
The leftover shovel was waiting there
No one went but everyone came
Sometimes silly stuff will shame the garden
The garden with its happy feelings and mad songs
likes many things. Most of all, it enjoys the sun
The sun is its mother and also its friend
The garden wishes that it could communicate
With the garden it was always the same
No talking and only growing
Sometimes it took more than the water and seeds
Most of the time it took the sun

Research Draft
I was very worried about the research paper being really difficult to write. In the end I am pretty sure that I got my stance on the topic across without actually saying anything in writing about my opinion. I am kind of unsure about if I put the right amount of information from my sources in there. I feel like I might of put too much of my reflection on each protest and what they all meant instead of straightforward information.
The paper was pretty easy to write because we had already gathered all of the information but the conclusion was hard because wrapping all of that information up into something that closes it was hard. I feel like I need to change some of the quotes in it. I hope the feedback will be focused on where I need more information.

Snow Day
The first snow day I made sure I had done my work first before doing anything else but the rest of the days I procrastinated and held my work back until the last minute usually doing it in the middle of the night instead of doing it when I actually had time do it. I remember being really tired on Friday because I procrastinated so much that I had to do so much work Thursday night that I didn't sleep at all. I am a very bad procrastinator.
Now that I look back on the snow days, I probably could've gotten something productive down during the three day break but I basically just slept and went to physical therapy. Luckily, the physical therapy couldn't go back to his office in Dallas due to the roads being icy so I was able to sit in the hyperbaric chamber everyday.
