Free Post

I suppose my free post should be about what I did over break, but that mostly consisted of track practice, so I decided that I would write about the strange things I saw my pets do during break. I have 5 pets at my house; 2 dogs and 3 cats. Sirius and Aldo are the two dogs. Aldo is a Chihuahua so most of the things he does are strange. Pickett, Salem, and Callie are the three cats. Salem and Callie live above the garage because Pickett has three legs and could get hurt from them. All of my pets did things ranging from running into a window and getting in fight with it to deciding that they would try to do a handstand.
Sirius and Aldo have a strange relationship, meaning Aldo thinks that he and Sirius are best friends whereas Sirius tries to kill every time he steps near her. This caused many problems during the break. Sirius kicked Aldo out of the front area of the house and cornered him into the office area and then the AC made it so that the door closed after she ran out. Aldo thought that the window was open and would run out of it. He ran against the window and when he fell back he thought it was some type of animal and tried to fight it. He ran and got his bone and tried to throw it at the window. When ir bounced back, he got scared and started to cower behind the couch.
Pickett and the two cats upstairs don't know each other, so I will tell each of their strange adventures. Pickett is three legged, but he can jump onto the cabinets which are above my head. He had gotten up there one morning and, when I was walking by, jumped onto my head and laid on my shoulders. He stayed like that for about 10 minutes while I went to feed the dogs. He decided to crawl down and hang on my neck where he decided to bite me repeatedly and when I tried to get him off he would claw me. Salem and Callie live upstairs above the garage where the game area is, so when I was watching my next door neighbor they decided they would hide behind my sister's creepy old doll from when she was little. When I was getting ready to leave after the four year old stopped playing with the kittens, I heard this wailing that sounded like a baby crying from behind the doll. I thought the kittens were sleeping, so hearing this was creepy. When I walked up to the doll the two cats jumped out and scared me. They then went on with their  business.
This might not seem like out of the ordinary for pets to do, but my pets are usually relaxed and calm so seeing them do this was surprising. After witnessing them do these things and more, I realized that during the day my pets are more active and kind of mean.

1. Ambition is a positive, desirable trait in a person.
I neither disagree or agree with this statement because it can go both ways. Ambition helped Macbeth achieve the position of Thane, but it backfired when he had too much ambition. His ambition is making him go crazy and mean because of how much he wants power. In real life examples, people can go very far in life because of their ambition and sometimes people scare others away because of too much ambition.
5. Women are more compassionate and less violent than men.
This is proven wrong in Macbeth because Lady Macbeth is the one who really wants to kill the King and doesn't care who gets hurt. she shows no compassion for how Macbeth feels about it and just wants to be queen. She also comes up with how to kill him.
